Its mind blowing that people back then couldn't figure out to use they / them pronouns for Toby.
ОтветитьInitially, I was quick to like Toby. I found them sincere, intelligent, and honest.
But the more I watched them, I noticed that they're rude, condescending, & doesn't let others speak. They always want to be the centre of attention.
Signs of garden-variety textbook covert narcissist.
I found Toby absolutely fascinating.
ОтветитьWhat a fascinating and brave individual. I know now, after having my doubts for as long as I remember, that free will intact does exist and it's only true enemy is catering to others.
ОтветитьToby never did budge on any topic or opinion anyone had about a preference of Toby's gender or sexuality.
It makes me wonder if when this interview aired if the 'Pat' character on SNL was one of the first thoughts that people from the audience assumed Toby would be like?
the clap back at that hating ass doctor I was waiting for, toby is a true pioneer and philosopher
ОтветитьToby hit the nail on the head with what’s wrong today. All the experts telling children to chop off parts and take puberty blockers or hormones to change themselves so they’re more acceptable.
How about we just let people be who they are and don’t try to artificially intervene.
If someone gets to age 25 and still hasn’t accepted themselves for who they are, go have all the surgery and exogenous chemicals you want.
Can we stop calling Sally Jessy Raphael “the interviewer.”
ОтветитьToby kicked the expert doctor’s butt and really every doctor’s with that last comment.
ОтветитьWas there a Part 6 to this because I cannot find it?
Ответитьi wonder if toby is still alive
Ответитьneed to know how sinclair is now.. i did some research and there is that Jim Sinclair from canada but it doesn't seem to match (looks older, and worked for labour rights and stuff in British Columbia).. every website using pictures use pictures from this jim tho, i'm lost but i really don't think it is our jim sinclair
ОтветитьAt the end of this series of videos I realize that Toby is complete and I'm the person with a disability.
ОтветитьThe interviewer is very professional. Leading the interview from a very human perspective and being very respectful.
ОтветитьWhat an excellent past life regression you would be..future homo sapian..non judgemental..unbias.. no pigeon holes and labels...thank you🙏
ОтветитьToby was a delight. I'd love to know how they're doing today.
Ответитьlol toby is just another girl who wants attention hehehehe :D
ОтветитьJockstraps with socks in them 😂 what the hell, what a useless suggestion. How on Earth was that supposed to help Toby in any way?
ОтветитьWarning ⚠️ it's my opinion ⚠️
For me Toby was arrogant and if he wanted to educate he would share his chromosomes. If it didn't matter (he said that) why he didn't answer? He wanted it private? On tv? He's not that stupid.
Why I'm using 'he'? Because 'Toby' is a manly name and 'they/them' are not non binary pronouns. Get ur own pronouns.
“Toby” is actually ‘Jim’ and probably has male chromosomes, evidenced by his refusal to disclose the test results.
ОтветитьWe have n intersex human here.
ОтветитьIt would be interesting to know how Toby is doing today. He/she was ahead of societal perceptions on the issue of gender neutrality.
ОтветитьToby’s so funny and obviously the smartest in the room 😂
ОтветитьBeing trans myself ftm. This is so stupid
ОтветитьJim Sinclair is an American autistic activist and writer who helped pioneer the neurodiversity movement!
ОтветитьLol omg toby i feel ya that is one reason i never packed as a trans i was so scared it would fall out my pant leg lol
ОтветитьThem roasting the professionals in front of a professional is so funny to me 😂
Ответитьthis show is insane!
ОтветитьI wish more people could adopt the same mindset. Toby fits into their clothes and their relationships just fine as they are, why should they fit into someone else's? In other words, why should Toby or any of us attempt to change ourselves to fit into someone else's expectations of what and who we should or shouldn't be? Why should we conform to their ideals when they are not us?
ОтветитьToby is amazing...❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis was brilliant and I’m so sad I can’t find episode 6 but I’ll search the whole internet for it and to find out more about the amazing Toby

ОтветитьAs a trans person, I relate so much to Steve, especially in part 4
ОтветитьI have so much respect for Toby. Good for them for refusing to conform if they are happy with the way they are. Toby is so articulate, too. This is a person who I would be interested in getting to know more.
ОтветитьI can relate to the neurotypical people in the audience completely misreading Toby’s body language thinking they were mad, or god forbid looking at their watch which I thought was a normal mannerism? but not timed properly so they thought Toby wanted to leave? I do not understand how neurotypicals are constantly being very judgmental of the little tiniest mannerisms without even trying too.
I’ve also been told I’m not from this planet. It feels kind of bad when people think you’re so weird that you’re not human and you don’t belong on the planet.
The host looks like a female Jerry Springfield
ОтветитьToby is by and far the most intelligent person in the room, and I’m curious to know just what they did with their career. Truly impressive, the psychiatrist focusing on biological sex was rude and extremely short sighted. I wish I had a friend like Toby too ❤
ОтветитьToby is a perfect example of how to accept yourself just as you are. Such an amazing strength of character. Toby doesn’t need to fit into anybody’s box. I wish we could all see the world in a way that doesn’t differentiate what we think should and shouldn’t be. I loved the strength Toby shows. Toby has nothing to explain or be ashamed of and doesn’t need anyone’s acceptance to feel valued. God made no mistake because only society has created these boxes. I wish we would talk more about these different perspectives about gender. I think a lot more people would be more understanding And choose love over ignorance. I wonder how Toby is doing today? I would love to follow the story of Toby’s life
ОтветитьIts a shame toby was born in another country and another time because i'm so in love with them
ОтветитьThe hair is feminine.the voice is on the high side. Apart from that , Jim won’t attract attention really.
ОтветитьOnly if this kind of topic could be discussed in a non political/tense way today
ОтветитьI’m not intersex but i am nonbinary and autistic, I relate to Toby sooooo immensely. Not just their experience but also their wit and their perspective on things, the type of social norms they question. I tend to think similarly, it’s cool to see someone else share that ‘operating system’ so to speak.
ОтветитьIt's funny how all these low IQ normie non-autistic people in the comments think they can relate to Toby. They're just simps.
ОтветитьI would love to know where Toby is now.
Ответить"I can make love without working up a sweat". I would love for Toby to elaborate on that.
ОтветитьWhat a lovely person. I hope they are ok and happy.
ОтветитьIs it just me or has the quality of the recording become progressively worse through each episode 😂
ОтветитьI love Toby!
ОтветитьToby is Jim Sinclair, an autism activist.
ОтветитьI love you Toby. You are wonderful
