What is the minimum investment if I buy property in small town or municipal area?

Does the purchase need to take place after the application or can i apply after having invested? Does a future spouse (marriage after having been approved) will get the citizenship as well? Thanks!

Be extremely careful about the property investments. The agencies, builders, and property sales offices are pretty much all criminals and thieves.

I got it when it was 250k. It wasn't worth it then it is not worth it now. I couldn't use the passport and now I have to pay taxes to the Islamic regime of Turkey for no reason. I am the most regretful.

resident permit is still affordable. 400K is the medium price of a home in the USA, all things consider 400K is still affordable.
