Can't wait to see how many watts you will get from the generator.

Another helpful video Keith thanks. I'll be interested to see how the steam injector performs, I have considered buying one but a few people said I will use too much steam to make it worthwhile, so I'll be very interested to see one in action :-)

There. Keith finally did it. All watchers with OCD have no complaints left that haven't already been adressed in the video. ^^)

You make a great point that a lot of folks making great instructional videos miss! Never doubt the value of training your calibrated Mk2 Eyeball! ;-)

I love your various videos, please keep up the GREAT work. To all of the experts out there, as Mr Appleton says, these videos are for beginners, but even the so called experts, need to get back to the basics occasionally.

I suppose this is a bit of a silly question, but why is it called half a pint if it's 11 ounces per minute and not 8 ounces per minute?

Great video, as usual.

Keith I love what you do and your sense of Yorkshire humor is never over looked by a fellow Yorkshire man ( Mug of Tea in hand)
I am an engineer/ Welder though and know well that Stainless steel will expand faster than the cast iron mounts on this boiler so a little expansion room will be needed also SS will distort when heated and buckle making remove hard I see the plate SS is reasonable thick but making sliding fasteners my well over come so of the inevetable movement
All the best and keep on filming

When I had a 504 and a gas burner and wanted to raise the burner up from the wood, I used an old sardine tin spray painted with black heat resistant paint. Your mounting looks (and probably works) a lot better.

Well, as you were rummaging about in the box, I said to myself, 'ah, he's run out of bolts.' Oddly, a common problem.

This is a slightly unrelated question, but are there any kits for making a model multi vane steam turbine, similar to ones you might use for power generation if full sized?

NASA stuff isn't always exact either. It just depends what is the point of a part and the particular operation. The Space shuttle some times added Lead ballast to balance out cargo!

I don't have an interest in Steam engines, though I do in engineering. But it's like listening to my grandad many years ago talking about his woodworking. A soothing voice is much better appreciated than the way a few other channels tend to bark everything and burst your ears. Kudos, may your silky smooth voice take you far.
