How to create Organization,Folder and projects in GCP

Is it necessary to have a paid workspace account for creating an organisation?

I need Resource Group to monitor & delete all Created Resources at one place like in Azure....is it available in GCP... please tell me sir

To transform a personal account with 2 projects into a org, is it easy? Just follow the steps in cloud identity or we have to check something before? I dont have custom iam roles or something like that. Thanks.

IAM policy update failed The 'Domain Restricted Sharing' organization policy (constraints/iam.allowedPolicyMemberDomains) is enforced. Only principals in allowed domains can be added as principals in the policy. Correct the principal emails and try again how to fix this issue..how to edit policy
