Will the visa officer be able to see who exactly I listed as sponsor to the university? What if the sponsor I bring up in the interview is different from what I told the university?
I stated UNCLE as SPONSOR but when they issued i-20 form it show FAMILY FUNDING.. Now filling my DS 160 form I want to state parents as sponsor is it a red flag???

What if the first question is “how many years is the program?” For a student F1 visa?

I have a question about dependents, i have 3 kids under 5 years old, the last is 1 year old, what will you advise or is there anyone that has experience with this please. Should i add all my kids and husband as dependents for my i20 and go with my family for the visa interview

Or i add only my 1 year baby as dependent for my in my i20 and go with my whole family to the Visa interview, so my remaining kids and husband can get the visa so they can visit me during my program

Has anyone ever filed immigrant petition on your behalf. What to select Yes or No if you are not a principal applicant but a derivate beneficiary of f4 application. But the application is not directly filed on my behalf. It's filed by my uncle on behalf of my father.
