Excellent story.Laura always does a great job narrating👍🌟

The breathing pattern described at the beginning of this is great, however the rate at which you're speaking is far too slow for the average person to be able to hold their breath that long! And for those who actually make it that far, I'm guessing that most will be gasping for breath at the end as opposed to being relaxed.

Other than that, this is another WONDERFUL storytelling which I will definitely be adding to my repertoire of nighttime videos that I fall asleep to. I absolutely LOVE this channel and I'm so grateful to all of you for helping me so tremendously with my sleep issues! I recommend your channel to lots of people!
