Tell the police you believe the BMW driver mis-gendered you as well, they will throw the entire force on to the case.

Hoping the police take action, our system is cumbersome slow and a somewhat blunt instrument. I do think there is a case to answer, but I'm me a complete nobody. Happy you lived to tell the tale👍

Not sure it helps any but from what I could see there was a Speed Camera sign shortly before the incident, i guess it's a long shot the driver was also seen on that camera but thought i'd mention it, the camera location itself I couldn't find, just a sign for one on the r/h carriageway verge.

If the driver who nearly killed you gets away with it , then as sure as eggs are eggs they will do it again. Death by dangerous driving is the next step . Some people will only listen to a harsh consequence for their actions . By reporting this incident paul , you will undoubtedly save someone else from serious injury or worse. Glad you made it home in one piece. Some things you cannot plan for .

Although l tried hard to pause the incident video at the convenient moment, l couldn't quite get the cars reg number in focus on my phone player. Was this other viewers experience?

I hope our wonderful Police take his licence for a very long time. I have seen the most terrible driving in the last few days, and this is something that I always find when hot weather arrives; I used to think that it was due to drivers getting impatient in hot cars, but now with air-con, that cannot be true, so I think it is down to alcohol and cannabis, brought on by the heat.
