The fight is actually pretty interesting. All Might is certainly stronger than Homelander, but Homelander has a range, mobility, and speed advantage (saving Butcher from a block of C4 that was strapped to his chest is pretty insane). That being said, All Might wins, low diff. Big difference being that All Might is a really, REALLY talented fighter and Homelander just gets by on being stronger than everyone around him. And All Might is used to fighting against a wide variety of powers, and even an enemy who is much, much more dangerous than Homelander.

All For One is just a terrifying threat, especially when compared to Homelander. AFO has a wider variety of powers, and is much, much smarter than Homelander, and yet All Might absolutely bodied him. Now, that's in part because of AFO's arrogance, but... I mean, Homelander is at least as arrogant as AFO, if not moreso. He could easily be baited into close range, at which point All Might stomps.
