Cicada was such an easy villain to beat if you really think about it, obviously nobody from Team Flash could take him hand to hand but atleast half of Team Arrow could, they could’ve called Oliver, but I can say I liked the concept of this villain, the first villain that has no powers and can actually fight is cool
