That's true Mitch. It would be cool to hang out and see people face to face, but then again think of all of the people whose paths would have never crossed if it was for this medium. All the great UK gamers that I would never have met because even if I would go to the UK I'd be doing the tourist thing and not shopping the carboots or checking shops for video game items. The internet has made the world smaller, but nothing beats just hanging out. :)

I used to think that I was the only person looking for retro games, I have some gamer friends that are into newer gen games, lol My brother showed me the angry video game nerd and then I started to find all of the smaller channels, I was just so shocked that there were other people like me and making vids, I wanted to get my own voice out there and share my experience as well, it's awesome

I'm a male and 56 yrs old. I like retro. I'm mainly a portable gamer. During the time you didn't do videos, I didn't unscribe. I waited patiently for you. Keep up the great videos. yeah i'm pretty shy so that's definitely an issue with me making my own channel. (this ones just for commenting) I've made plans to make one though, just have to learn to edit and how to capture game footage with my current setup. But yeah i'm planning on making a few test videos to loosen up before i upload anything. To answer the question though i definitely think it will help build confidence the more i get used to sitting in front of camera.

Hey there. Thanks for the comment. I used to wonder (and care) why so many people were subbed and only a handful seemed to watch. Then it occurred to me one day I am subbed to like 75 guys but tend to only watch a handful of people at any given time. One day I stopped worrying about who wasn't watching and decided to focus more on who was watching. I am glad the people who do watch dig it and I am grateful I have had a opportunity to interact with some many great folks like you on here. :)
