Jiggers INFESTATION only happens because of laziness. All these people have some sharpe object in their house. Instead of doing it for them teach them to help themselves, distribute the razors to communities. They are adults, mothers will be able to help their children while sitting under trees. It could also be an afternoon gathering for families to work on themselves.
