At the heart of Cambodia, a huge and bounteous lake forms the greatest reserve of fresh water in South-East Asia. Its name is Tonlé Sap.
This is where Ku Yann, a fisherman and crocodile farmer has always lived. He and his family live in a floating house. They go to school by boat, move merchandise around by boat… there are even boats with ingenious hanging gardens for growing vegetables.
But in addition to these floating gardens, Ku Yann also takes great care of his crocodile farm.
