I remember a guy commented on what watch I was wearing (at the time I had a Vacheron Constantin 4500v Overseas on)... he was like "nice watch, who makes that?" .. So I answered and before I finished, he starts to tell me about his new Hublot and how special it is, since it's a limited edition.. All I could do is listen and let out a big sigh.

In the latest installment of Nico Leonard’s “You’ve won my weekly contest” scam.

As I stated before Nico tells you that you need to pay for shipping to get your expensive watch “$133” for UPS shipping he says. Then he gives you a link to where you can go and pay.

Now, remember, when UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex takes your shipment they give you a “tracking number” so you can trace it on their website. This is free it cost nothing.

I actually did pay the $133 for shipping to see what would happen.

As expected, they informed me that I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $118 for a “tracking number”!!!!
“It cannot be shipped without a tracking number.” They said.

When I told them I was not interested anymore and to refund the $133, they said
“NO REFUNDS!”
Is anyone surprised yet?

Then Nico comes back on the line and says, “Hey I didn’t take your money.”
Then says the “tracking number fee” is “negotiable”, he even offers to pay $50 if I’ll give them an additional $68!

I didn’t and neither should you ever send anyone, you don’t know, money on the internet.

I’ve made a report to the State and Federal Attorney Generals office about this as Nico is not in the U.S. nor my state, it is both a federal and state crime.
If the U.S. Attorney General goes forward with a prosecution, then the U.S. will contact the Irish government and seek extradition of Nico to the U.S..

Is Nico behind this scam? I hope not, but he is doing nothing to stop it, nor to warn his viewers. And he’s erased some of my warnings, so I fear, Nico may be behind this scam.

The Nico you’ll talk with does speak with a distinctly foreign dialogue like Nico’s.
We’ll see what happens. Crime pays, unfortunately.

So let this be a lesson to you, any time someone contacts you to say you have won something and ask for shipping money IT IS A SCAM!

Since I’ve started putting this up the computer program running the scam has hit me again.

It is all done by computer, to raise as much money as they can, as fast as they can.

Hublot owes Nico some commission for free marketing and brand exposure on his channel. He's made the brand great again. I'm not a psychologist but I am convinced that Nico doesn't hate Hublot, but is perhaps simply disgruntled for not being able to afford one five or six years ago.it's the same with Jacob and Co. It's like hating Bentley or a girl you had no balls approach for the same reason. It's an obsession. He needs to seek help. Who makes multiple videos about things they hate that millions of people love?

What I really like about Hublot is how most Americans pronounce it: "You blow".

Hublot has inner works worth 200 usd, then put some trash steel on top of it worth around 100 usd and then sells it for 10k. Poor quality, even dropshipper watches are worth more. It's overpriced trash.
