What was the name of your book with this info? I am curious about Magnesium, L Lysine, B vitimins, and a few others... Thank you.
ОтветитьWhich video tells you what foods to avoid at night and in the morning?
ОтветитьVita E and Glutamine are curative not to be taken in the long term as they promote insulin resistance, I know from experience. Glutamine did completely heal my gut issues but I stopped taking after 6 weeks at 1000mg a day. You will get plenty of vita E in cold pressed canola oil you don't need to supplement, but only cook with tallow, butter or Ghee. Use the canola oil like cold pressed olive oil as a topping only in salads and cooked vegetables together with apple cider vinegar as a classic Greek salad dressing.
ОтветитьThis information is astounding. Will change my life, I'm sure. I've been doing it all wrong. However, avoiding potassium in the morning and day is weird because fruits and veggies, all high potassium, are what we eat for breakfast and lunch.
ОтветитьYour intro Disclaimer is super annoying
ОтветитьListening to you is fun.
You have such a wonderful sense of humor.
😂
Not only do we get educated but laugh out loud in the meantime
Laughter is such great medicine.
Sending this to my mom
I was just telling her these things yesterday!
High dose of B5 vitamin help me with my acne 20 years ago. Wish I knew that when I was a teenager.
ОтветитьWhat happens when what to fast i eat at 5. What is the deal here.
ОтветитьThanks TC
ОтветитьWhat about citrulline if I'm taking that instead of arginine?
ОтветитьAs important is what supplement should not be taken with another, or even at all.
For me, I supplemented with iodine and was taking quercetin at the same time. Found online that quercetin blocks iodine and iodide uptake to thyroid.
I stopped quercetin.
These docs are not sharing this kind of info.
In nature we eat, and get all these chemicals, during the day. So I can’t get behind this. I would like to hear an informed critique.
ОтветитьI will have to look up what HMB is. But otherwise, very helpful!
ОтветитьIs it better to take too many vitamins and minerals and pee out the excess, or take too few vitamins and minerals? I'd prefer the former.
ОтветитьThis and the other video on what not to take at night have been so helpful, thanks.
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьWhat about a multi vitamin that has many ingredients
ОтветитьI agree. I was prescribed Magnesium Glycinate for my AFIB and I was told told take it during my morning or lunch meal. It keeps the AFIB just at bay something which my Coreg beta blocker would not even touch for periods over 1 hour.
ОтветитьShould l-citrulline be avoided in the am as well as it converts to l-arginine?
ОтветитьHello . How about the people who are working nightshift. 10pm to 6pm
ОтветитьAhhh Professor Stankenheimer at Poughkeepsie University says that we should take vitamin E in the morning and it’s beneficial because of this.
ОтветитьHow about sodium? Is anabolic or catabolic?
ОтветитьLol Vitamin E is in allmost all fish oil supplements
ОтветитьVery interesting
ОтветитьDoes this apply to food? Or just supplements?
ОтветитьShould we take this into consideration for food as well? For example i take a tbsp of olive oil every morning and eat avocado for breakfast, both being high in vitamin E should i eat at night instead?
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI take a B complex in the morning. I have never taken different B vitamins individually or separately. Is it necessary to take each of the B vitamins alone and at different times of the day?
Ответитьif i work night shift should i take reverse?
ОтветитьSince Pantothenic acid is in nearly all b-complex supplements (which need to be taken in the AM) how are you supposed to not take it?
ОтветитьThanks for that great value you share on that channel. That Dr. Stankenheimer joke made me laugh. However, after researching Dr. Revici, it leaves a bitter taste, as he seems like the embodiment of Dr. Stankenheimer himself with his rare and unacknowledged findings.
ОтветитьCan I take beet flow with no gallbladder due to gallstones?
ОтветитьSounds like it's best to take supplements in the afternoon or evening.
ОтветитьSo you didn’t go deeper into potassium taking… So it’s better to take in the evening?
ОтветитьI like your channel we are all still learning as i have been told. I also know it's true. I have learned so much from you! 😊 Thank you for sharing, appreciate it! 👍🏻 God bless you and everyone who watches! 🙌🏻🙏🏻
Ответитьsuch a useful video, nice.
ОтветитьI just took vit E and potassium five mins before I saw this video on my feed. 😬
ОтветитьGreat info including the flip side video on avoid in the pm!
ОтветитьI don't put much stock in this. If a person is deficient and needs a supplement I don't think the time of day matters much. They stay in your blood for a while and have to get digested. Morning is easy. Otherwise, people will forget to take. I do take magnesium before bed but that's about it. B's AM, D3 w/K2, NAC all am. NAC 30+ min. before first meal. Far more important is what time of day did you go to THE GYM TO WORKOUT! Or a hike- outside. Did you get a full 7-8 hours of restful sleep. That is key- not so much what time you pop a pill but hey, do what works for you.
Ответитьwhat is HMB
ОтветитьI like how you explained it in simpler terms. Really helpful!
