I grind my teeth at night and sometimes during the day I also clench my jaw. I have a special retainer made by the dentist that I wear to bed at night. Your dentist can see if your grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw with a simple in dentist X-ray

Taking off your Apple Watch before doing something fancy is so relatable. I had a friend who got married WEARING HER APPLE WATCH. All of her pictures have the watch in it because it's on HER LEFT WRIST and it's in her professional photos which means she didn't get the retouching. I didn't go to her wedding because we were just loosely friends in high school and I felt so bad for her because no one who was there nor the photographer told her to take the Apple Watch off. I understand if you have health stuff and need to wear one but you are surrounded by a ton of people and pictures don't last more then thirty to forty five minutes-ish to take. Ugh hahaha. OMG Katie the same thing happened with my retainers, and I ignored it and didn't get new ones so now my bottoms shifted, and I only got a new one for my top. So, if you can get a new set of retainers, the ortho told me its normal for retainers to break with age they only last about three years, and I had mine for five.

i also use retainers. and in the past week i had some little operation on my teeth and my retainers started not to fit thats why they got cracked when i was sleeping bc i am also grinding at night🤓
