Getting Started with Cloud Foundry - Demo 1/3

I have tried to create a buildpack in the cloud foundry instance and syntax for creating buildpack is fin, but i face the error "You are not authorized to perform the requested action". Could you please let me know how can i gain access to perform the buildpack creation and pushing an application?
