The Team's interactions with Gregg and body language during the WC indicated a problem.
ОтветитьGoodbye 👋
ОтветитьAbout time
ОтветитьPlayer’s receiving better coaching/managing in club level will have a hard time with a coach like GGG. he’s trash compared to those guys. USMNT needs to bring in someone with global clout.
ОтветитьHire Klinsmann back!
Ответитьthe USA has got good talent guys .... This team needed a balance of experience and youth , for example I wish Darlington nagbe would have been in the line up as a holding midfielder , he has the best touch of any US player I have ever seen . nagbe could have been what modric is to Croatia, experienced and skilled ,guiding and pulling all the strings ....Also Brooks should have been commanding the defensive line without a doubt . For me weah should have been a number 9 through out the tournament.. Aaronson is a direct 10 providing that creativity and attack mindedness from the midfield ... These are basic 4-3-3 stretagies ... let me share what I believe the best line up would have been ....
.........................Weah ....................
Pulisc ........................................Reyna
.............aaronson ...........mckenni
............................nagbe.............
Robinson....ream....brooks.......yedlin
The other guy that they should try to poach is Thomas tuchel, these guys are good scouts and know how to play football and will utilise every bit of talent around ... Gregg for me is useless ... The USA have got good enough players challenge these other strong teams ..... Gregg is so pathetic ..... How did a player like Jesus Ferreira get on the plan , the guy literally looks scared ... Gregg is the initial cause of the attitude issues with Reyna had ...
Hire someone who knows nothing about soccer. They look at them play 11 on 11. It won't take a genius to figure out who should be playing and who shouldn't.
ОтветитьBerhalter looks like a soft, sensitive dude! Fire him already
ОтветитьWinning should be the most important thing. I wonder if he asked himself where the goals were going to come from 🤯🤯
ОтветитьIt's about time people started questioning his abilities. smh
Ответитьi hope they just fire him already
ОтветитьLmao gio is gonna be a player who is going to flop. If he thinks he’s gonna a top player and thinking he’s going to be the best player in a national team squad, that has players playing in Europe, and winning champions leagues and winning serie A title and For f*ck sake even winning MLS titles. You think he’s going to win a spot in the US squad just because he thinks he’s doing bits in the Bundesliga?? When’s the last time the Bundesliga hasn’t been a one horse race? Gio has that swagger of a upsl player in the U.S, thinking he’s a top baller just because his local supporters think he has a lot of potential. Potential is nothing with the right mind set and character.
ОтветитьGive me Tuchel
Ответить“There is an agenda,” yeah just like Gregg’s agenda and USSF was to embarrass a 20 year old kid because of Gregg’s incompetence.
ОтветитьI think Gregg would be a great high school coach.
ОтветитьGet Big Sam Allardyce to coach the USMNT. He would have those players fired up and ready to do anything to win. Sam has talked about coaching the US national team.
ОтветитьRAT berhalter has to go… what happens in the locker room, stays in the locker room..
ОтветитьHerc’s commentary is comparable to his skills on the pitch
Ответить1 - c'mon, Herc. Salazar has a point about it potentially being an agent. Otherwise agree with Herc. Mourinho spent quite a bit of time under different managers before being THE manager. Even with the US - Bruce Arena had different levels of coaching experience before MLS then the National program. Ditto Bob Bradley. In fact a strong argument could be made that Dave Sarachan (interim) was more qualified. Berhalter could become a very good coach and showed some terrific things if I'm being honest. It's the naivety that really came out in different ways. IMHO the US will need a new manager.
ОтветитьTo be fair Tim Ream isn’t exactly slow.
ОтветитьBe careful what you wish for, some naive fans think the USSF will manage to hire Guardiola/Zidane/Klopp 😂 these fans should start a go fund me to raise $20 Million a year compared to $1.2 Berhalter gets. Start Naive Fans, because your dream coach won’t be cheap.
ОтветитьHolland definitely has a better team/players not even debatable…
ОтветитьIs this the guy that benched his best player and had a poorly performance at WC?
ОтветитьFire Gregg!!!!!!!
ОтветитьAbilities? What abilities?
Ответить“If we had a different coach, Reyna would’ve started all the games while competing for the golden boot and we’d still be playing today…” - delusional 🤡 fans who think they’re passionate but really just a bunch of childish scrubs
Ответитьlol, gregg berhalter is the personification of the dunning kruger effect. 🤣🤣🤣😢
ОтветитьHe should be done for the Reyna fiasco, no player is going to trust his word as a result.
ОтветитьHEY LOOK! It’s the end of a World Cup and we didn’t win 🎉it! Let’s blame the coach…. AGAIN!
- Every commentator ever
Replace him
ОтветитьIt IS the majority. I love how they leave out the very noticeable fact that a LOT of the players gave Gio a like on social media for his very mature comment concerning the matter. Does ESPN... especially Sebastian Salazar... not realize that we all watch other podcasts that are very reputable, and are reporting on this issue with very good information??? A side note... Sebastian Salazar has been absolutely abysmal in these segments during the world cup, and has demonstrated very little as far as anything even resembling logic or maturity in his assessment of ANYTHING, especially the USMNT.
ОтветитьThe most elementary thing to look at, is UNDENIABLE, and is absolutely TRUE and inexcusable, is that Berhalter has perpetually hurt the team's chances of winning in every single match that he has been the head coach. EVERY SINGLE ONE. You CANNOT get past that. The USSF really only cares about money and marketing. Well... what helps best with that??? WINNING. If he literally hurts the team's chances of winning, then you can't justify him being there. HE HAS TO GO!
ОтветитьThe US will hire a new “American” coach from MLS. Greg said “he was going to show the world the new American player”. Great you did! Passing the ball and possession doesn’t always get results!!! His pressing line was way too high! His passing style doesn’t break line’s enough, and he let the team pass the ball on the last play of the game. Launch it in the box and maybe you beat England!! MSL play is slow and boring just like La Liga Mex. Mexican soccer is the biggest disappointment and thats what we followed.
ОтветитьGareca, Bielsa or Zidane need to take over!!!
ОтветитьHe should be managing a Ruby Tuesday, not our country’s National team
ОтветитьHe gotta go.
ОтветитьUSMNT must really be slow. I questioned the coach 15 minutes into the second half of the Wales match.
Zero adjustments. Zero awareness of the defensive failure of his tactics when Wales came out swinging.
Imagine someone like Pulisic who's won the Champions League with Teuchel having to listen to Gregggggg lolllllllll
ОтветитьGregg Berhalter is an average coach at best and he obviously doesn’t know how to handle big egos which you need on your team to fight for every win but he won’t have one player ever trust him again!
ОтветитьLmao Seb and Herc always be arguing
ОтветитьLook at the players who have come out in defense of GB for 2026 Jesus, Long, Roldan, Morris, etc. All these are players who likely would not have a roster spot of consideration for one if we went with a foreign or US coach with european coaching experience.
ОтветитьSebastion, it's time for you to leave the anti-soccer ESPN now that ESPN has completely divested its MLS property. Start looking at Apple T.V. now before it's too late.
ОтветитьIt's time for the usmnt to go out and get a better manager. Period. Gregg did well, he gets his dues. It's time for the next step. He should himself realize this and step down.
ОтветитьIf Berhalter were in Europe he would be a youth team coach or coaching in the 3rd division somewhere.
ОтветитьWhat people fail to realize it's that the highest level of ⚽ it's played at Champions league. To say that our young players at Europe aren't playing quite a few levels above the MLS superstars should be considered a crime. 🤔
ОтветитьHe’s gone.
ОтветитьAgainst the Netherlands the defeat is not to have been outcoach but that players did not do their defensive job. McKennie is at fault on the 1st goal and Dest on the 2nd.
Even though I think Gregg B. has to go. Coaching a national team is not like coaching a club. National team coaching, in addition to putting in place the strategy and the players who can produce the best game, is human. It is necessary to "manipulate" the feelings of the players so that they give everything on the field.
Gregg has had a good run. He took the team past the group stage, albeit with just one goal. He should take the win and move to another job. The team looked good in the first two thirds of the field. We did little in the attacking third except run at our opponents. Van Gaal completely outcoached Berhalter. The US has developing talent. To say that our European players are top tier players is an overstatement. We need to look for an experienced coach who has consistently gotten his/her national teams to overachieve. I wish Berhalter all the best.
ОтветитьGregg just got embarrassed on a international level in the difference in management abilities. Tim Ream stood out defensively because he plays in the top league versus world's top talent. Zimmerman literally got schooled by an elite player on a retirement tour.
ОтветитьGregg berhalter had DAUGTHER in Brasil and abandoned big liar use name José Ângelo beranek Talk from Uruguai.
Ответить
