The Firearm Blog Mad Minute Challenge

I'd be interested in trying this with my M44 Mosin and stripper clips.

So is this bolt action only? enfield only? C/R only? caliber restrictions? I think we need a more clear set of rules. Not trying to be critical but it just seems a little vague.

What does Steve look like? Will we ever see him on film?

Should be able to use any bolt milsurp rife so more people could participate, but still is a cool challange

100 yards ? Shouldn't be too difficult . 300 yards ? Now that would be a challenge .

When the rules say unsupported does that mean no prone shooting? I understand that using a rest is out, but just want that part clarified. Thanks.

Did you see that someone tried to do the Mad Minute with a Garbage Rod?

His result: 12 hits on the bottom-right corner of the target.

Wait, so only ten rounds can be fired? Or you can reload?
