We are trying to look for the option under Scripts: "New Comp from Character Animator Recordings" and we can't find that option. What are we doing wrong?

Is there a way to import this to adobe animate? I like to animate but I’m a middle school kid and don’t have the time to lip sync. I see that I could apply all the picture frames in animate, but then I wonder, what frame rate does character animator use?
