My,Father was a builder..made me a Brownstone doll house..so good❤
He ended up being well known for his houses..fun times..

Pros: the videographer did a wonderful job; nice choice for the music selection as well; nice finishes overall.

Cons: poor use of space overall... there is not a large enough dining room and living room for a 6 bedroom house; the combo laundry room/wet bar space is a no go - the laundry should have it's own room (with a door!) so that it is not on display; there should be a larger foyer and coat closet; a powder room on the parlor floor or a bathroom on the next floor up; there is no distinguishing master - every room is essentially the same size.

The garden floor en suite was unnecessary - it should've been allotted to a living room, recreational room/media room/den, laundry room. The buyer will have quite a bit to do to make it accommodate that size family's needs.

I can surely daydream about living here. The person filming did a superb job! Went slow enough to really see and appreciate the building. A beautiful makeover. I enjoyed the tour so, so much and it's nice to hear music instead of someone taking especially if they're not an orator!

I live in Brazil and I've never been to NY, but after watching this video, I could imagine myself living in this place and enjoying every corner of this wonderful house, especially the balconies and gardens with my feline son Miguel.

Go out early in the morning and at dusk to breathe the fresh air and explore the surroundings...

I would receive family and friends, hold meetings with wine, good food and quality music.
