They should fix how empty all the wilderness is. It isn't realistic, miles upon miles of forest and country. But no water source for animals to drink.. its why i never try to build a base anywhere but west point and Riverside. And a few other places..all of which have natural water sources.. just adding small streams and flowing creeks. Through out the forest. And country side in a couple locations would fix rhe issue .

is this game 1 death hardcore only? I'm assuming you lose all ur skill progression/ base/ etc.

You can open the passenger door and put the generator on the seat. Even if it weighs more than the seat holds. I believe it has to be empty beforehand.

That Chaos Marine gets enough screen time, I'm betting he's one of the protagonist characters in the show.

In the same vein as the guy complaining there are way to many zombies with normal settings but I'm finding there's not enough for them to feel threatening on low, like on normal there was over 1000 zombies in the gun range near echo Creek... that's too damn many. Anyways i was wondering if anyone knows what settings to mess with to get a happy medium?

I mean if they were gonna put horses in then they better make them rideable. They could make it to where we cant ride them until we level up a bunch of crafting or etc to be able to make the pieces of the saddle and etc 😅 that would be awesome, it would help you move around the map and be a lot more quiet compared to a vehicle, i would definitely ride a horse around ayleast while discovering new areas, then clear the path and go back for the vehicle and trailer to load up😊💙💙💙

For what (little) it's worth, according to my Mom - who spent her summers working on the family farm - a hatchet was their preferred method for "harvesting" the chickens. RIP little sickly chicken...

edit: I'm waiting for them to add in hostile animals so that the smell of delicious roast chicken will bring curious bears to your campsite.

I know a lot of people are pretty annoyed by just how broken some aspects of B42 are, but there's something honestly kind of relieving to me to see a beta build that isn't basically polished for release. This way, we get to provide our input on how things are balanced and the dev team gets to build something with the community instead of just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks and then having to deal with backlash when some aspects of the full release miss the mark

Irt muscle strain from carrying the logs in your inventory, that IS different from B41. I haven't updated yet and I just sawed a crap-ton of logs, and not one of them had to be in my inventory before it could be sawed into planks, and all of the planks created just appeared on the ground where the logs had been

I would love it if there were survivors running all over the map and you could save them and get them to follow you...if they wanted...and you could lead them to your base and let them live there and they would work the farm and do chores and even send them on side missions to do things independent of what your doing.

I wouldn't say we were "angry" about the alerts... like I said before I love the alerts, I love giving and seeing support. It's just when you're watching it late at night w/o headphones it turns into a surprise in the middle of the night... Multiple times. So if they're still rewatchable on his channel, then we can listen to the alerts there. But at the same time it's really not a big deal, and I would actually prefer to hear them for these special ones like the charity streams.

That all said, I love watching you play and learning all the new systems as you go. It's always exciting and entertaining. That's why I love seeing the support you get.

Handy way to powr level cooking near Echo Creek.. The egg farm has a HUGE number of eggs which will eventually rot.. Go there, get dozens of boxes of eggs, cook them in the oven... I was getting a level per oven full

If you keep a small piece of jewelery in your inventory, when a house alarm goes off just run to the microwave, throw the jewelry in the microwave and turn it on. You lose the house but you kill the hoard with fire

you can pick up deer and rabbits if you can catch them. rabbits will stay in a zone, deer will not. currently have like 14 rabbits. trapping a deer in an enclosure crashed my game once

Don't know if anyone mentioned yet, but farming is broke AF right now. Don't waste your time on it right now. Find fields already being grown and stock any jars/cans of veggies for now

ALSO DON'T FORGET TO CLEAN THE CHICKEN COOPS!

I've been boiling water with the big pots. The saucepans are glitchy. Can also fry eggs in pans and add vegetables or meat or can beans to it. I've been making stews a lot in the big pots as well. There is another glitch that the pot isn't actually full, so it won't let you cook, so you just need to empty it and fill it again. It should work after that.

The alarm logic needs some work, I walked through a destroyed doorway and set off an alarm walking through the door
