rob comin in for the save at the end - another great ep boys!
ОтветитьAs much as im enjoying this braves disaster as a mets fan. I still feel that they're gonna be in the wild card race when all is said and done. Never count out the braves I've learned. Didn't they do this last year ? Records aren't that different. Id love to believe the braves are dead but dont believe it even tho the results this year have been ugly
ОтветитьSeveral Cardinals have made careers at making kershaw look like a high double A lifer. Maybe it wasnt right, but i dont think anyone in st louis cares how kershaw took it. Ask Jack Clark what we feel about the Dodgers
ОтветитьLet’s give giants pitching some claps and not just call it a Braves collapse
ОтветитьYou can get ejected from every sport 😂
ОтветитьChase Meidroth, dog. Miguel Vargas, dog. Mike Tauchman, dog. Shane Smith, dog. Edgar Quero, dog. Kyle Teel, dog. Mike Vasil, dog. keep sleeping on these sox
ОтветитьStand out performance - Randy Rodriguez - look it up
ОтветитьCan someone fill me in on what the bread games are?
ОтветитьNo they didn’t show the home run off kerahaw for several minutes just once I think
ОтветитьI have commented on it before, and shall do so again: the Standout Performances jingle is nutritious, life-affirming, consonant with the best Papal encyclicals, fully expressive of the manifold beauty of the dharma, and basically wunnerful in all the ways.
Ответитьthat Hoerner ejection makes me so mad, players need to be allowed to have some reaction, and his reaction was tame and bordering on a polite complaint lol.....he wasn't arguing balls or strikes and he wasn't saying anything malicious or explicit, the ump WAS having a bad day and Hoerner called him out on it. to get thrown out of a game for that comment is ridiculous and the ump should honestly be fined for that in my opinion. as a former ref i usually see the umps/refs sides in things but there is no way that he should of been ejected for that, umpires cannot be that sensitive.
ОтветитьFire Snit now..Trevor doesn't watch the Braves or he would feel the same
ОтветитьGiants are 5-0 since Buster Posey said "let's go" and DFAd his friend Wade Jr and brought up Johnson and Smith, who were the main reasons why the won their 2 first games of their streak. Yet, NO mention of Posey moves in last 2 eps of baseball today by Rose and Plouffe, and not here either. You guys really only focusing on the same teams always. Still love you, but never been so disappointed. Future hall of fame making big moves as director of the operations just a few years after retiring needs some mentions :/
ОтветитьJake buy physical silver! Not stock
ОтветитьWell, the vibes around the team are good, and the walk-offs are fun, but the Giants' expected record, based on their overall stats, is... 38-28.
Focusing on one-run wins and walkoffs misses the reality of good/bad luck in baseball over time. 64 games in, no littany of injuries, this is how good they are, basically. Neither under- nor over-achieving.
The intangible part of this Giants team is that they are mostly veterans, and their pitching is their strength, meaning they're never "out" of a game early on, and they're focussed all game long.
I love the comments sections for these videos:
Every team's fans: "You guys suck, you could give my a little more love."
Mixing up the Beatles and Bowie is WILD. Not even the same decade
ОтветитьThe Braves bullpen is very bad but there is a problem with the offense. It doesn’t really make sense all these guys are underperforming. I’d say the hitting coach has to go. They also don’t seem very passionate playing
ОтветитьGiants bullpen has lowest ERA since 1927 Chicago Cubs. How is no one talking about this ?
Ответитьthat song is by David Bowie
ОтветитьTrevor talking about the Beatles broke my brain 🧠
ОтветитьGiants are 14th in payroll.
ОтветитьPlease keep leaving the standings up while Trev says them
ОтветитьAs a Mets fan, i fully expect the braves to rip off 16 out of 19 wins. Braves devil magic is unbeatable
ОтветитьLETS TALK BALL BOYS!!!
Shout out Teddy getting some dirt in them cleats
No mention of the Rangers series.... I'll take my ears elsewhere then...
ОтветитьILT “Changes” was a Beatles song.
ОтветитьTalking about Kershaw. Reminds me of when the diamondbacks were selling photos of Kershaw getting rocked in the DS in 23. They went on to miss post season last year and now don’t look so hot. Don’t mess with bad karma when it’s a standout HOFer
ОтветитьOn the Torkelson thing I think Trev is spot on but I’d add that he not only isn’t missing bad pitches but he’s inducing more. Walk rate it up for him and it just feels like he is seeing the ball so much better
ОтветитьD'Arnaud what I'm sayin?
ОтветитьUniform warning tracks can only improve player safety and it doesn't change the game at all. Only thing I can think of is the distance to the wall will change depending on your angle so a player could think they are closer than they really are but that can happen anytime anyway. No rational debate here. Standardize the warning track
ОтветитьInstead of punishing players for arguing punish umpires for sucking.
ОтветитьJake just for you I’ll write a country song called “If the Lightbulb goes on in Texas”
ОтветитьWhile the mariners offense does need help, the pitching did let them down this weekend and that was more frustrating than anything
ОтветитьGo Yankees! speak more of them please after all I’ve never met rays or Rockies fan love that it itches them be mad there no reason why nba nhl mlb and nfl have 30 plus teams other than just to make a few extra cash for the league we all want Boston LA NY Chicago Houston in the championship no one cares about the DBacks no one cares about the Utah jazz
ОтветитьEveryone except the Yankees sweep the Rockies Jake
ОтветитьNICE POD
But you lost me on the yellow cards.
Take a look at Randy Rodriguez Awesome for the San Francisco Giants
ОтветитьGo Tigs
Ответитьmy cubs are now what 13-16 against teams over .500. not looking pretty.
ОтветитьTigers Cubs talk completely ignores how bad the umpiring was in this whole series.
ОтветитьMeidroth getting done dirty Lmao
ОтветитьThat penguin picture 😂. That was hilarious
ОтветитьThat standout performance sound bite is the most bush league childish and immature sh*t this company has ever done, and that’s something because it’s Jomboy media. It’s like a 13 year old who spends 15 hours a day on TikTok made it.
Y’all got an MLB contract now, act more professional.
This is my favorite sports podcast of all time. Thank you guys for making the work day fly by a little bit faster.
ОтветитьCongrats on all the success
ОтветитьLet’s be clear- 100,000 out of the 120,000 at the Tigers’ series were Cubs fans. We sold out their entire stadium and then the umps handed us two Losses. Classic Cubs
ОтветитьBeatles? LOL
Ответитьtrev every other sport you do get kicked out. red card for soccer, personal fouls in football, techs in basketball.
Ответить
