Do they allow short term rentals at that complex? Couldn't find it on Airbnb..
ОтветитьHey Jack. After having lived there for a while now, what do you think of the place? would you recommend me moving there? I will be coming to KL for 6 months and I am looking for a place to rent.
ОтветитьG’day this looks great however humidity kills me being a Victorian mate so is the weather more full on hot than the Gold Coast?
ОтветитьAll in ☝️ spot
ОтветитьExcellent information, thanks.
ОтветитьDo you have to pay to use the common areas on floor 33?
ОтветитьHow old is the building? One Google review says "No matter how much you clean your house, ants, lizards, spiders and mosquitoes keep visiting"
ОтветитьGreat video Jack Thank you….. I was wondering if a building like yours had apartments on a lower floor…. Something like the 3rd or 4th LOLOLOLOL…. I’m not really a fan of heights….. But the building is gorgeous
ОтветитьHey men, cool video! I'd love to connect as I'm planning to head to KL beginning next year. Do you have IG?
ОтветитьI’ll never get the walls of glass for the bathroom. So odd. And fully furnished in Asia can leave a lot to be desired. I was paying $750 for a duplex in Chiang Mai but had to buy a lot of things I gad to buy to settle in, all that I left to neighbors when I left.
ОтветитьI just don't vibe with the very narrow living room and kitchen in the Asian condos. They seem to be cramped feel so claustrophobic. That living room does not feel comfortable. I looks like a closet..... the only decor is always a narow couch jammed up against the wall with large TV 2 feet away from your face. There will be no room for friends visiting....just not for me. Are there any condo's with actual rooms vs long slot like spaces?
ОтветитьThe Valuable takeaway I get from this is Malaysia would kill me for being gay. Screw Malaysia
ОтветитьJust waiting for the online income to come, then off we go to Malaysia 😊
ОтветитьMajor Cities
ОтветитьVery hot
Very humid
Very cool video my friend. I'm also a traveler, considering a move from the Caribbean (Puerto Rico) to SE Asia in February. Anything advice you can give me is appreciated!
ОтветитьIsn't it burning hot & humid? I've read even Malaysians find it difficult to bear at times, I wonder when you went.
ОтветитьBetter hope you don't have HPP here.
ОтветитьMalaysia truly has so much to offer! From its breathtaking landscapes to its vibrant culture and incredible food,
it's a destination everyone should experience at least once. This video beautifully captures its charm – great job showcasing such an amazing country!
That place would be 5000 USD per month or more in Austin Texas
ОтветитьWow, awesome, Jack! Not sure I believe the numbers, it seems too good to be true. Thanks for a great tour. Does the price include all the gym, pool facilities you showed?
ОтветитьWhat type of VISA/Residency option you have for Australian's to move to KL?
ОтветитьExpensive but safe and beautiful
ОтветитьIs that $614 AUD or USD?
Ответитьexcellent job at showing the condo bruv. quick simple and effective
ОтветитьIt's a Muslim country how is life there for a woman?
ОтветитьAs an American, thing that shocked me the most is how luxury asian luxury apartments are, even more than NYC manhattan luxury apartment AND ESPECIALLY A CONVENIENT STORE IN A APARTMENT. THIS IS CRAZY AND RARE. NONE EXISTS LIKE THAT IN USA, LET ALONE LUXURY.
ОтветитьPlease please please
We are pleading
Don't come to s e Asia we are full already and there are not enough women to go around
Go to Latin America
Thank you thank you thank you
Jack loved this video. My partner is from Malaysia and part of our retirement plan is to spend chunks of time in Malaysia. This is the sort of accommodation we’re thinking about, is it possible for fairly short lets say 2 or 3 months? And one other question, why would you want to leave Sydney?
ОтветитьAre u alone in the résidence ? 😂
ОтветитьYour unit is watched whenever you leave. Robberies…repeatedly happen. You learn not to leave anything valuable in your flat when you’re gone. Security probably in on it
ОтветитьIf the MM2H visa wasn't so ridiculous... I'd probably already be there too! Cheers from Brian in Bali!
ОтветитьIt’s beautiful there. Tried to find that place with your price and couldn’t find it
ОтветитьAwesome Jack ❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhy would you ever move from Sydney? It looks like the perfect place to live
Ответитьwhat floor is this on?
ОтветитьThe hard part to achieving this is the visa, not the monthly income
ОтветитьHow do you rent it? Possible to rent it fir just a month?
ОтветитьWhat about taxes for a long term stay there? How does that work if I work remotely for a US company?
ОтветитьSecurity staff is not your "community"
ОтветитьTon of info in this video thanks Jack!
ОтветитьLovely
ОтветитьThe pool looks very shallow. And no water in the jacuzzis? As an Australian, why are you quoting US dollars. For Australians and us Canadians it’s a lot more.
ОтветитьIs this for real? Like this is actually true? That’s the real actual rent?…
ОтветитьI'm sold, there's only one thing. How and where can I book this place? I somehow can't find it.
ОтветитьHi jack, do you have an email which i can write to you with specific questions? thanks for sharing this video. Very helpful.
Ответитьneed a roomie?
