I was waay too young to remember this but it’s like it was yesterday, it was amazing. Mom swears I was 4-5 and we went to Dr Mays about my aching ear pain, it was really bad btw. Only things I remember is climbing up onto a table with vinyl cushion and a roll of paper they’d tear off after every patient. Here comes the Dr with a huge stainless steel BBQ type apparatus with a cake decoration adapter on the end. He covered side of my face and head with a towel with a hole in it and began the process. I don’t recall any pain just hearing a scush scush gurgle bubble clink! He produced a kidney shaped metal pan before mine eyes and oh my sweet god almighty dagummit! I swear to you and all that is precious on earth, in that nice new stainless steel bowl was a black, caramel and yellowish chunk the size of a blow-pop with bubble gum in the middle!! Before the Dr knew what was up, I snatched it from the bowl and holy Jesus, youd of thought I pressed the button to nuke Russia, he snatched the half pound demon from my then tiny trembling hand and PALUNK! Back into the bowl never to be seen again. Needless to say, I felt genuinely violated, but thine ears were clean and I could hear all that god intended. Cheers mate.

If it's BLACK I was told from a Audiologist, he said to me, I don't know how long ago it was back in June. I think he said, oh, that wax has probably been there about eight months.That's why it's black.

And I couldn't believe it. I asked this guy, I said, look, I saw my general practitioner, I got a referral to the ent the e and t referred me to you to get a hearing test. And now you're showing me the inside of my ears and I could actually see the inside of mirrors. Can you please remove the black wax this freaking? Audiologist said no, I'm leaving it in your ear because your eardrum is not good. Covered, I couldn't believe this idiot. Audiologist said, no, I'm leaving the black wax in your ear, and I said, what do you mean? You're leaving it in my ear. It needs to come out, it's black. It's been in there 8 months. It's disgusting. It's old. I don't want it in there. It's gross, he said no, I'm leaving it in there. So now I have to go back to the ent and wait until October. And I don't know if they're going to remove the wax, I want them that wax removed.

I Really am happy to see dr oz do this as I have done this for most of my life , as in cleaned out my ears regularly like every 4 to 7 days and if i dont my ears itch with all the goup my ears create.
I know the ear wax is there for a reason but as doctor oz says you have to clean out your ears with the peroxide.
He says dont stick the cotton buds in your ear cannal but if i dont stick the buds in my ears well they itch like crazy and make a mlack sort of noise when I lay my head on the pillow after a few days of not cleaning them out , oh and they stink too haha.
I am 57 yo and I have a lot of friends around the same age that are at different stages of deafness.
I have asked each and every one of them if they have ever cleaned there ears out including my 70% deaf mother (rip ma) and they all have said this never anything smaller that your elbow in your ears and all that have said this are deaf !!!!
I have done the hearing tests and have passed as i have the hearing of a 45 to 50 year old and I have worked for 30 years in the scrap metal industry and had my fair share of noisey things like 9" grinders and all things that go thump and wallop and played in live rock bands all with nomear protection and that all could be a threat to my hearing and I do get some ringing in my ears after this type of exposure but it comes back to normal after a few days.
I think my ears are so good a condition because "I CLEAN MY EARS OUT REGULARLY AND HAVE DONE SO SINCE I WAS A KID" haha.
The cotton buds are something i do and can usually stick them in around half way down the bud and I use a rolling motion when i insert the ear bud so i am accumulating the wax and crap from my ear canal onto the cotton bud and i am not pushing the wax into my ear drums and making me deaf as my hearing is uncanny for my age so a friend that dosent clean out his ears and is deaf and needs hearing aids to hear people. I know when i insert the bud to its full depth i can feel the hair endings on my ear drums and thats when I know when to stop going in any further and then use the rolling motion to get the goup out of my ear canals and they instantly stop itching when they are clean.
Hey does anyone cough when you are cleaning out your ears.
I know when i clean my ears out I always cough and i know a lot of people that makes them cough too when they are cleaning there ears out.

Distilled water dissolves way better than hydrogen peroxide another doctor proved it by tests. And the pg balance is 6 with water as it should be. Ph balance is 8 with hydrogen peroxide leaving ear canal very itchy afterwards.

It’s funny because now they say don’t use hydrogen peroxide. The budding does nothing and doesn’t even break down the wax.

Don't you know that the hydrogen peroxide was exposed to the light so technically it doesn't work properly that's why it's in the brown bottle

i just blasted my dads out with saline.

Some doctors say not to use Hydrogen peroxide because it can damage your ear.

What about if it's lighter than the lightest yellow? Anyway myself and one of my children when she was a child had to get our ears cleaned out .. My doctor use this big silver suringe. and he squirted it in my ears until the wax broke up and then he would squit it in there as it loosened up and tons would come out of my ears. Now when my daughter was a girl she went through the same thing and they tried that same method until I took her to a better doctor with safer equipment and this thing was a tube connected to a clear jar and it ran by a machine where you put the clear tube in the ear and it sucked all of the wax out oh yeah they did soften it up first with some solution first. But it was the most relaxing thing I have ever seen then all of that noise I went through with them squirting my wax out. It still was a relief for the both of us. 🙏🙏🌈🏠❤🎉🎉🎉

Use rubbing alcohol when finished. You don’t wanna leave peroxide inside your ear. Alcohol dries it all up and clears it out.
