That has some amazing trajectory! I made a launcher for my boys when they were younger... papercups. Unlike potato guns... I saw a truck door get a huge dent when one of our friends tried it out. I let my sons know, really quick, that we're NOT going to try that... papercups and nothing else.
Have to admit, it was funny... it wasn't our truck. 😂

I made me a spud gun too. More of a cannon. We'd get drunk in our sleep in ice bugalows for ice fishing and when the fish stoppes biting, the potatoes and cheap hairspray came out and we'd launch spuds across the lake hitting every icw fishing hut within range, several hundres yards, then run in and watch out the windows at evwryone running out in thier long johns and underwear, looking around, waving their arms around screaming in anger. Damn, those were the good ole days. Lmao 😂 tbanks for bringing up great memories of my wreckless youth.

I made one of these back in the 1980’s. I loaded it with a large lead weight wrapped in a t-shirt and taped wrapped around it in the shape of a ball, sprayed a healthy charge of starting fluid and pointed it at are family steel shed in the backyard. That wrapped up tape ball hit the side of the shed with enough force that it completely knocked down one wall of the shed. This shed was many years old when I did this. Good Times!
