Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast French Dip Sandwiches - French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

These beef pot roast french dip sandwiches are so delicious!! The beef roast is slow cooked, it's so tender and flavorfully packed on buttered bread topped with cheese, with a side of Au Jus sauce for dipping.

INGREDIENTS
4 to 5 lbs chuck roast
Salt and black pepper
olive oil
1 whole onion, sliced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup red wine
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 fresh bay leaves
6 hoagie rolls
melted butter for toasting
swiss cheese for topping
