Lovely rose garden. Do you ever sit there and relax? In the New England area of the USA our coastal areas have roses we call "beach roses", but they are Rugosa Roses and they grow delicate little roses without human help.

Wow you are going to have to really re-enrich that soil. All those weeds and plants would have stripped the soil of all the richness that roses need. If you can improve the soil down to 3 feet deep full of super rich lovely soil for the roses.

I’ve only have three roses but one is a pink tea rose by the back door and it smells gorgeous. Yours may be time consuming but, looks so beautiful and must smell amazing outside or in a beautiful arrangement. Perhaps the cuttings will migrate to the dower house !

I love my roses but nothing here in florida like your place.. you guys are amazing !!!
