ESO Scalebreaker Stamsorc PVP Build: “God Sorc 2.0” The Unstoppable Stamsorc 1vX build

A lot of people have been wondering what ive been running on the Raikage this patch, and I've been testing different sets, and ive been trying to come up with things theres no direct counter to. Stacking resist can be countered by stacking high pen which is what everyone has been doing. As of right now theres no real counter to high crit resist there is also no real counter to major protection. Who knew stacking the two would be so powerful??
