Tech. difficulties on Global BC during the noon news hour

Here's something about the clip:
Before the break, the sportcasters found the control centre failed to cue back to the studio after he finished the sportscast about the World Series, after a short sportcast about Robert Sacre,a BC basketball player, joins the LA Lakers, they decided to take a break to let the control centre to fix the problem, the newscast went black for around 10 seconds before the ads comes in. While the break is finished, this is what you've seen. The newscast didn't come back and the encore of the 16x9 program did stopped at 1:00pm in order to return the regular broadcast of the channel.
