ОтветитьI did this once and ended up standing across someone that had just passed away at a park. She told me she was happy and everything would be okay. She was holding this boy baby in a white nightgown and a bonnet. I was wondering why she was showing me this baby. Fast forward, opened eyes, in shock for a few hours. Two weeks later the cousin had a baby on her (the one that passed away) birthday. A month later I realize that’s the same baby I saw her holding.
That wasn’t my first spirit but it was the first time I really realized I could communicate with spirits
I suck so bad at meditating that I am commenting here instead of doing it.
