The XL might almost be in scale with the smaller Enterprise D.

If I had this model I would super-glue it to the stand. I did it with my regular issue Warbird and my XL Voyager and have had no problems since!

She is beautiful. I have a small one. The only model of the Star Trek i have. This is my favourite ship of all.

I put the Scimitar up against the regular Enterprise E and the Valdore and they look awesome together. Great review of this, but I'm still on the fence.

I've just looked at mine fresh out of the box and I was really surprised by the quality of the paintwork, so have come looking for other videos but yours looks to have the same markings as mine. Is this really intentional? They just look really mottled along the wings and nacelles?
