Welcome to Dubai , hopefully u like it. My advice for the jet lag being someone that travels a lot between Dubai and the USA is try to not sleep in the plane if u are arriving at night to Dubai so u sleep when u get here . And good luck and hopefully u enjoy Dubai

Hey Sam, Can you give the T-100 people a heads up, their TV commentators and live athlete tracking are awful. Can they atleast get someone interesting, like Sebastian Kielne. Great comeback in Vegas btw. My vote for athlete of the day!

Good luck in Dubai. You can never predict and should never expect to finish in a certain position for a race. You don't know what others will do. You can only control what you do. If you push to your limits, that's all you can ask for. Go get them in Dubai. I'm rooting for you.

Sam's 2024 schedule is intense! As an age grouper you train months for one 70.3 and think that's a big deal. Puts his world and race schedule in perspective for sure.
