Im totally unqualified to comment on Sams stroke technique. it looks really good and i was wondering if there are any observations out there that could explain his so called weak swim.

Due to work etc I load my workouts into training peaks straight from my Garmin after I have done them

Sam's 2024 schedule is intense! As an age grouper you train months for one 70.3 and think that's a big deal. Puts his world and race schedule in perspective for sure.

Welcome to Dubai , hopefully u like it. My advice for the jet lag being someone that travels a lot between Dubai and the USA is try to not sleep in the plane if u are arriving at night to Dubai so u sleep when u get here . And good luck and hopefully u enjoy Dubai
