ОтветитьI habe ADHD in combination with autism and it‘s so difficult for me to mediate although I know it‘s good for me. But doing it in combination with the challenge of holding my breath helps me so much in focusing! I love to swim, dive and snorkel and was so frustrated could only do 35 seconds with struggle. But now I just did 2 min! How?! I know when I dive it will be more difficult since my body uses more O2 to move under water, but this is so motivating! I just love the mix of mediation, challenge and and anticipation. :D
ОтветитьDid it. Barelly, but did it. The verbal encouragment really helps. But even after two weeks of doing this table I still feel a lot of preasure at the sternum which wanna make me freak out and start breathing. Contractions start around 50sek.

ОтветитьI am so excited to have found you! Back in 2019 I had a 3 minute breath-hold but due to pools closing & all I lost it - today I was able to easily do these tables and will move on to your next tables with hopes of building back to 3 minutes. Thank you so much!

ОтветитьMan after a month of practice it’s still very difficult. Make a video on a training regime. To many videos to choose from lol! Maybe a “6 weeks to 3 minute breath hold.” ???

How many hours in a day to execute this to improve breath holding tiq.
I made it about 40-45 seconds for the one minute breath hold and one minute for the one minute and fifteen second breath hold. Then I gave up because I don’t want to pass out, haha.

ОтветитьI managed to complete all the way to two minutes, but took a couple of small gasps, i didnt exhale to do so, but i think that still means i failed
ОтветитьIs it decent to hold breath for 2 mins and 5 sec but I pinch myself to distract myself from my body giving physical signs to breathe as I approach the 2 minute mark? Also I'm on a moving car so I guess it's a bit impressive feat?
ОтветитьThanks to a lot of your videos, I was able to hit 3 minutes 20 seconds in the water. 4 minutes is right around the corner. As I get closer, contractions are less of a problem and much more comfortable. Your videos are inspirational.
ОтветитьAround 1 minute and 45 seconds, the urge to breathe kept growing, and I was on the verge of giving up. My chest felt like it was about to explode, but in the end, I made it. Thank you for your helpful video. ☺

ОтветитьI dont really get an "urge to breath" at all. All I end up getting are some contractions and then I end when I get to annoyed by them

ОтветитьDuring the summer, on vacation, I love and do underwater fishing. I managed to hold my breath for up to 3 minutes, but that's a maximum for me considering that I move a lot under water... Do you have any advice on how to extend the time under water. The video is great...
