Once you saw the head bobbing, it was a touchdown.

What made AP so special for me was he had it all. Usually RBs are either elusive and footwork or truckers with strength. AP had both. He could truck through a 250 lb linebacker and accelerate back to sprinting full speed within mili seconds and had the footwork to turn DBs around. If only Vikes had a competent team. Guaranteed prime AP with a steller team would have a few rings

Those fast enough to catch him couldn't tackle him. Those strong enough to tackle him couldn't catch him.

Those fast enough to catch him and strong enough to tackle him couldn't do either consistently

Adrian Peterson GREATEST RUNNING BACK EVER TO PLAY IN NFL ! POWER, AGILITY, ACCELERATION, PURE SPEED, EVERYTHING except catching ball part and a 'few fumbling' behavior. otherwise all haters against Peterson then barry sanders than ladanian tomlinson who is like Emmit smith on Steriods. Ladanian Tomlinson and Peterson both were from texas, Tomlinson came from Fort Worth TCu where i live! Peterson his highlights or watching him from high school than college, it was like video game character, unbelievable he was not drafted with first pick of NFL draft or second, it was watching like someone from different planet or different mutant , he could run over whole team then reverse direction and out sprint everyone. Very hard working person . ladanian tomlinson was similar but not as much power. but he had huge burst of speed at tcu

In my lifetime since watching the vikes: First it was Randy, Second was AP, now we’re at Justin Jefferson. Aside from blundering in the worst ways humanly possible, I will say we have been blessed by some of the best superstars to play the game! 💯
