ОтветитьI don't want to be a wet blanket, but there are tons of examples more common/practical to the average user than a store that doesn't show up on a Google search (SnapStore) and a website whose image upload features don't overtly show a "logging into a storage location" option during checkout. While you have a great concept and approach, I think a real-world example that's common to average users would have been the better approach.
Ответитьgreat conceptual vid, thanks

Ответить@ByteByteGo what is the use of state variable in OAuth2 and how to handle its storage in a stateless multi machine UI server because the callback can go to any of the servers if stored at server side.

ОтветитьPerfect explanation! Thank you so much!

ОтветитьStupid andi illogical mess, with a lot of lying in between! All those "authorization codes" si simply credentials in the for of longer passwords!

ОтветитьIf I want to make a mobile app, what authentication scheme should I use? Oauth 2.0 authorization code, client credentials, or just basic username password?
Ответитьit's always the short videos that explain these kind of things with ease and understanding
ОтветитьThank you for the great lecture! It was very helpful. I was successful in getting the device access code, but is there a way to expire the access code or log out? We want to develop a service that allows multiple people to use one device. We need to process when the user logs out the device token.
ОтветитьPerfect, thank you.
Ответитьeasy to understand
ОтветитьVery well explained.
ОтветитьOf course there's tons more to know, but this probably the best description under five minutes. In about one hour Nate Barbettini covers this, along with OIDC and PKCE. After that learn about JWT and related formats and you'll have all the fundamentals.
ОтветитьSuper explanation. Thanks a lot for sharing
ОтветитьWao, I was struggling with the basic concepts of oauth2 for a long time. This video explains it really well.
ОтветитьExcellent video, many thanks!
