Pity that they probably used AI for the voice-over and as a result, the most disturbing Portuguese pronounciations. Throw in some Spanish and even French!! pronounciations of the names of dishes and it became a joke. Had to turn off the sound!
The dishes though, I agree with whole heartedly as being very nice!

I don't know these recipes, but I think it's because they came to the Middle East, they couldn't find the ingredients that were in the ports of the Balkan Sea, and when they settled in Tunis, they absorbed the local cuisine, the tradition of which has been forgotten, but yes, they made fried fish in bbq with chips, and rice with mushrooms and vegetables

A maioria das receitas nao esta correcta. A lista tambem deixa muito a desejar: Leitao a Bairrada, Feijoada, cozido a Portuguesa, Alheira de Mirndela, Chanfana, Vitela de Lafoes e tantas, tantas outras opcoes melhores do que o pao com chourico.

Good effort but too many mistakes! We do not do sardines on the oven, they are charcoal grilled (and absolutely no paprika!!!)! Arroz de Pato it’s not made like that, to start, it’s made with Arroz Agulha, not Carolino and the errors keep going! It’s dry, not wet (malandrinho) and too many ingredients that do not belong there. Also the Caldo Verde and Francesinha with hamburger???? Nice try, but missed too many targets . . .

Lemon to gilled sardines???? OMG!!!! And paprika and garlic???? Never!!!! sardines just go to the grill with salt and are eaten as they come off the grill like that. With sardines we do not even add olive oil as we do with other fish.
