ОтветитьI try to spend 10-15 minutes a day listening to Philosophy. During those 15 minutes, I try to stay in the present and have the student's mind. The philosophy and meditation are very relaxing at the same time.

( this can be useful in our later stages in life) 2) focus on inner body movement 3) focus on touch and things touching you 4) focus on words being said 5) focus on sounds around you. The world is never silent 6) focus on all movements 7) what will I think next 8) mantras

ОтветитьIf you want to stay in the present moment. Try not to blink your eyes as long as you could. All your focus would be on heavy eyes and the things it sees around. And your brain won't give a fakk on your wandering thoughts.
