It feels like all these stories concerning why Americans are upset with the healthcare system have happened in the opposite direction reporting happens.

First they reported the death of a CEO.
Then they read the comments sections and were shocked.
Now they’re telling us what we already demonstrated to them in their own comments section and are putting gout a story as though we were the ones who needed to know we were angry.

Why are they reporting just costs and not denials? This is control of media! Oligarchs must be scared!!!

Public and universal health care is the only way that works. It’s used in Canada, UK, Germany, most of EU and even Cuba.

Private health care and insurance doesn’t work. No other nation does that the USA does on health care

All insurance companies are scams. They only make profit if they deny claims.

The United States Needs Universal Healthcare more than ever if it ever wants to evolve, every other country has universal healthcare.

Let's be honest here. The chances of the government fixing anything meaningful without a revolution is basically zero. They can't even fix small things, such as making daylight savings permanent even when the senate unanimously votes for it. We are doomed.

Many Americans who pay for insurance get denied services for even the most basic medications like the flu, not to say more serious health problems. When people file legal medical law suits cases, they end up not getting resolved at all and sometimes get resolved after the patient has passed away from the very illness the suit was filed for. Not only has our health care system failed us, but the justice system as well for not seriously take on and resolve these health issues caes be treated as they are emergency cases.

AOC and Bernie Sanders could start by repealing the tax deduction for employer-sponsored health insurance. This should never have been part of the tax code and it empowers health insurance companies to control what healthcare people can buy. We'd have a competitive environment for health insurance if every insurance company had to publicly compete with the rest.

Framing is wrong CBS. For starters Delay, Deny, Depose is the business model for health insurance companies, not just the words on those bullets. The system is working just fine for these companies, in billions in profits. That woman held on $100K bond is an example of a very dysfunctional justice system. If this killing starts a movement against healthcare insurance, will we be labeled as terrorists?

Certainly, the American health care system has been almost criminal for several decades because of the huge greed and inhumanity of the American private health insurance companies that control financing of health care in America but the recent assassination in New York of the CEO of the American private health insurance company UnitedHealthcare (in reality UnitedHealth doesn’t care) to take revenge for the huge greed of this company UnitedHealthcare especially and the huge greed of the other American private health insurance companies in general can of course never be justified, understood, relativized or minimized and even less glorified or encouraged for the respect of democracy and rule of law in America.

Cause it sucks.... many doctors dont give a damn either and send you home with a "take some ibuprofen", "your're fine," or "its all in your head" and it turns out to be something serious that then progeessed more while you waited 6 or mote months for another opinion or 2. Then more months before treatment starts, then months if fighting with insurance. Then you're dead which is exactly what they want. Seems like you should be able to sue an insurance company for wrongful death if they denied care where its obvious it was needed, not experimental etc

Why cant you sue for wrongful death if its clear an insurance denial of a procedure caused death and evidence shows that procedure usually is a success.
