Holiday Point is just over 30 minutes from the 684/84 exchange near Southeast, NY, 5 minutes from the closest local grocery store (Sherman IGA), 5 minutes from the closest bar/restaurant (The Painted Lemon, and famous American Pie Company), and 13 minutes to the closest gas station.
