To be fair, most killers may not know that this perk exists or what it does. They may notice the red horse icon but not remember that hooks are obscured, so they wouldn't expect a hook to be so close. Still a meme perk though. I think it might be "okay" in a swf because it just makes it a little easier to body block the killer

If you bring 4 petrified oak and Boil Over in The Game ,the killer is going to have a hard time ,but yeah this perk is a disappointment tbh

When I 1st starting playing I thought this was a real good perk but good killers know all the ways around it like u stated in your vid. Great review as always. Just a lil suggestion for newer players please state who the perk belongs to so if someone wants that particular perk they will know which character to level up. Keep up the great work man👍👍

i love the concept of this perk, but it just sucks

perk is usless af even with breakout kimura next to me i still bearly fill the bar, also you need 4 perks to make it a bit viable, but is countered with one single perk iron grasp gg usless

Thanks, I tried out this perk and I was like "is this even doing anything?" and so I looked up and found your video. So yea, I see where it works in theory, but.... not really.

I think all hooks should be shrouded to buff this perk

how to go from low tier trash to top tier and balanced: instead of shrouding, blocks all hooks within 14 meters

Boil Over is getting buffed, its wiggle effect has been increased to 100%, and now it obscures hook auras within 16 meters (could be good if the killer wants to hook a survivor in basement, but he can't see the auras so he probably wont hook there).

And it got a cool new ability, whenever the killer falls from a height the survivor gains 25% wiggle progress automatically.

(I love this idea, if your close to wiggling off and the killer drops into the basement, you gain the extra 25% progress and it allows you to get off, could be clutch in some situations like that).

The problem with the perk though is that the killer will know that you have it when picked up, if they would remove that part Boil Over could be a decent perk.
