Wow! I wish you guys had more time here ... there are tons of vegan restaurants & pop-ups over town! A couple of my faves include: UrbanSoul Kitchen (soul food), Mello's (Cajun/Creole), Rooted Cuisine (to-go meals), Tidy Ben's (sloppy joes), Binge Kitchen (also in Austin, comfort food), and Project Pollo (also in Austin, chickenless chickn sandwiches CFA will envy), etc.

Glad you got to enjoy a little bit of our beautiful city! Next time I recommend the fav restaurant of my husband and I, called Viva Vegería. It's vegan & gluten-free Tex-Mex food. Homey feeling. Even took my non-vegan parents there and they enjoyed it. ☺️

I just reserved an Airbnb in San Antonio for June 5-July 2. I was wondering what vegan places they had to eat in the area.
