After a lot of it the taste of cooked cabbage can become a little bland. I’ve tried using garlic flavored oil to sort of infuse it. Cooking in meat drippings also helps. Curious about other good spice / flavor combos!
I wonder if pickled or marinated cabbage reacts well to being roasted

ОтветитьRed cabbage pickled in apple cider vinegar best for stews and deep beefy dishes cuts through the fatty main beautifully aslo really good for digestion. Lasagna sheets cut into squares with polish sausage sliced and drained sour kraut and a ton of butter is probably the best cabbage dish on the face of the planet
