Gigabased opinion about Dragon Age inquisition. I absolutely agree. Haven't played the dlc but when I played the game upon release I was enjoying it quite a lot. There were occasional bugs and annoying gay agenda being shoved but it was still pretty fun and engaging. Kinda sad to see how low they had fallen in that abomination of a shitstorm that is Valeguard... Black rock really needs to get their grabby tendrils out of the gaming industry.

Dragon age veilguard is good its not the best game ever but nowadays a game can't just be good it has to be perfect with 1000 endings

Jepp, first three Dragon Age games are each awesome in their own right, and I agree, the opwn world in DA: I is very enjoyable. I haven't played Veilguard and I'm not going to. I got too many warning signs about this game prior to release so I didn't get it and have instead watched others play it and sadly I was right in my hunch. Had it been it's own thing it would be a mediocre scripted action game with light and lacklustre rpg elements. As it is it's a terrible DA game and a slap in the face to fans who've been waiting 10 years. Save your money and save yourself the heartache.

So I agree on this with Origins, it is a masterpiece. DA2 was too much copy&paste but I liked the more actions combat, Inquisition I must accept that you are wrong thats okay.
But your opinion on Veilguard is very valid, totally agree with you.

Veilguard had a very... uphill battle. Most of the writers and overall team at Bioware that worked on DA are gone, and a bunch of people probably brand new to game development came in to fill the void. People who, whether you wanna believe it or not, put their own politics in their work and use an established IP as a platform. Now, does it have some good stuff? Yes. The environments are beautiful and the story is surprisingly engaging. But the dialogue is cringe at times, and it feels a bit too high fantasy and not dark fantasy, which is what Da is known for.

The only issues I have with it is the flirting doesn't sound like flirting, you cannot get your companions to hate you basically no matter what, and the writing... isn't the best. But that's it, that's all I dislike from the game and ignoring them let's me enjoy the crap out of the fantastic and gloriously animated game that lets me imagine my Rook is furious at the Venitori for what happened in Minrathos and is showing zero mercy to them

Look to be perfectly honest I could care less about the controversies I'm just glad this game came out now a lot of people are going to say they made it woke truth be told it's just bad writing and bad design work gameplay could use a little bit of touching up but other than that it wasn't that difficult to understand it definitely remind me of dragon age 2 but other than that everything else in the game is just fine

Honestly until veilguard came out i loved every single dragon age game. They were all such fun to play and had great writing and characters.
I mellowed out and realized that i didnt hate vivienne and sera as much as everyone used to. And honestly its impossible to hate them now with such significantly worse companions

Played inquisition for two hours, then deinstalled to start a new DAo and DA2 run.

Neither is anyone else apparently, currently Steam has a current players top 100 list and Veilguard isn't even on it. To put that into context, I play a little indie game called Enshrouded that the game awards didn't even acknowledge and its at 90 current players as I write this.

I'll be honest, I love Veilgaurd but I've never played the other games to compare. I'm going to now, because of DA:V

Well now that it’s free on psn and I’ve actually played it. It’s alright. I like the gameplay and character creator, and the companions so far. The writing doesn’t seem too bad so far. I imagine that will change once I meet Taash, but right now I’m enjoying it, I like the arkhamy momentum based combat, and the linear nature of the story. The one thing that ruined inquisition for me was the amount of boring inane shit you had to do just to progress the story. Like having to play ‘Activities’ to gain rep to advance the story in saints row games.
Would I be enjoying it if I paid retail price for it? Probably not as much as I am right now, but I at least imagine I’d still enjoy the combat. Best dragon age as far as combat is concerned to me. It’s like they’ve perfected what they were going for with Dragon Age 2.

It’s free on PlayStation just test it out your self I’m very anti woke I think it’s ridiculous how they try to ram stuff down peoples throats the game so far is good I was engaged with the story it’s very camp at times some of the followers and language they use is utter ridiculous but the gameplay fighting spell casting is pretty good the story isn’t obtusely long and definitely have replay ability due to other roles but again my problem is the language they use but I can over look it for the graphics and gameplay
