We begin with movement, flowing through yoga asanas to release tension in the body and open the lungs. From there, we perform 3 rounds of anulom vilom, a pranayama breathwork exercise that improves focus and balance. When the mind is calm, we sit in meditation, cultivating greater inner peace.

Its like you know what my bedtime routine is😂. I do a yoga video, a breathwork or meditation video and then I do an eft tapping video. I felt so peaceful at the end. Like I was hovering. Thanks so much for combining so many aspects into one. And the length went by really fast. Felt like it was only 20 mins. ❤❤❤ have a great rear of your week!
