I have no idea why you would consider C1 bad when it can allow you to tank 2-3 hits without being staggered. You can stack the interruption with other units like Xingque and Dehya, it will allow you to tank a bit more hits before being staggered.

I lose 4 50/50 in raw still didn't get radiant animation 😅

Something not very many people realize is that Xilonen c1 allows her to have longer rotations as a DPS! the decreased point consumption lets her stay in blade roller form longer in-combat too.
