How to setup your audio interface

My digi 003 rack + keeps dropping off my laptops devices and printers list. Sometimes the 1394 link light is working, sometimes not. When it is working, protocols loads up but then the light goes out for no reason. Can't seem to fix problem, its a windows 7 PC laptop

Hi Ray .. y like your videos .. y have and issues since that i have a Digi 002 and i saw that you use it too a couple yerar ago .. i was using Pro tools 10 and every thing was find but now that i moved to Pro tools 12.5 it keeps giving me problems to se my sessions on 48 hz which is the sample rate that I regulary works but pro tools keep saying that is not supported and only supports 44.100 hz.. I went to Manage audio divice and set evarything on on same sample rate (48 hz and then went back to pro tools and set it up and it works for a couple hours .. when i turn off my computre and turn it back on .. it still giving me the same error and now it worst bucause is affecting FLstudio now ... i know doesn't make any sense but, it happening .. i hope you can help me since that i seing that you have experince with the unit .. thanks in advance..
