Duck Magret ALWAYS juicy!

Duck breast is also known as Duck breast, for me it is a super tasty and healthy meat. Today I'm going to share with you a very good recipe that will make duck breast absolutely wonderful! 🔥

Cure:
- 100 g of salt
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 or 2 stars anis
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 10 g juniper
- 10 g of black pepper
- Zest of 1 orange
