What add-on make these thing in the mouse? track the global CD?

I was in a throne key yesterday and had some struggles in the room with the little dragons and sometimes a player would get this debuff where they need a lot of heals, I used flash heal and word of glory but they died :/ what would you recommend for that situation?

Thanks! As a preservation evoker, I kept getting one-shot by Ozumat's blotting spots in a +17. I thought it was my fault and the group berated me for it. But, now seeing your vid I think the group did not know to put the blots together. They would place the blots on the edge of the room far away from one another and the healing required to keep up with the spread was just too much for me. A more knowledgeable group would have stacked the blots for easy cleaning.

I'd be more interested in seeing your thought process for healing those dungeons instead of overall comentary. Like when and why you use your spells/cds, how you plan your cds and for what, etc

How do you make Details show that second color for Augmentation damage? In mine the color is very vague, can barely see it.
