Active Hazard on Idlewood Road

A steel plate on Idlewood was poorly placed so that it presents sharp edges to oncoming vehicles. As a result, nearly all vehicles bear right to avoid the plate. Unfortunately, some other vehicles seeking to turn left onto Idlewood from Cowart think the cars coming north on Idlewood are turning onto Cowart, which sets up a very dangerous collision situation.
