The powerbait you were looking at is not actually to represent corn. It is the fish pellets they are raised on in the hatchery.

just a though kendal, where they stock the fish/pond with trout i think they do the 6 month rule so the fish have a chance to repopulate so the fun can last rather then you guys all stealing em up :P xD
